Position: Airport Lounge Executive Chef
About: Sodexo’s Airline Lounge Segment is offering an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Executive Chef to join the elite team of professionals operating the American Express Centurion Lounge at Charlotte International Airport in Charlotte, NC. This role involves creating and delivering a culinary-driven, upscale experience within a thoughtfully designed travel oasis, requiring prior experience in managing upscale food production, particularly in high-volume, scratch kitchen environments from Hotels or Restaurants.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; 3 years of basic management experience; 3 years of basic functional experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
