Position: Airport Concierge
About: Airport Butler provides personalized and unsurpassed concierge services to travelers in approximately 25 airports in the United States and Canada. The service is independent from airlines and customized for individuals seeking a personalized experience and extra care when arriving, departing, or connecting through an airport. Clients include executives, inexperienced travelers, families, senior citizens, celebrities, and small group travelers.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; current authorization to work in the US and a valid driver’s license; ownership of a smartphone with Android 5+ or Apple 11+ operating system; excellent written and communication skills; flexibility in work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift up to 70 lbs, work under pressure with minimal supervision, and proficiency in computer and smartphone skills; 2+ years experience in delivering luxury/VIP services or airport/airline hospitality; efficient use of reservation systems and technology; adherence to grooming and uniform standards
