Position: Airport Concierge
About: Airport Butler provides personalized and unsurpassed concierge services to travelers in approximately 25 airports in the United States and Canada, catering to executives, inexperienced travelers, families, senior citizens, celebrities, and small groups. The service is independent of airlines, offering customized assistance for arrivals, departures, and connections through the airport.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; must possess current authorization to work in the US and a valid driver’s license; excellent written and communication skills; flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 70 lbs; high proficiency in computer and smartphone skills; 2+ years experience in luxury/VIP services or airport/airline hospitality; demonstrated ability to solve problems and collaborate with others; multilingual is a plus.
