Position: Airline Lounges Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef
About: Sodexo’s Airline Lounge Segment has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager to join the elite team at the Virgin Airlines 1st Class Clubhouse at Harvey Milk International Airport in San Francisco, CA. This role involves creating and delivering a culinary-driven, upscale experience in a thoughtfully designed travel oasis.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED or equivalent required; 2-3 years of KM or Sous Chef level management experience in a scratch kitchen; safety and sanitation expert, ServSafe certified; excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain high culinary standards; strong coaching and employee development skills; passion for food and innovation
