About: Trego / Dugan Aviation has an Airline Ground Handling General Manager opportunity at the New Haven Regional Airport (HVN). The position involves compliance with all company and Federal policies, effective communication, goal setting, employee development, and customer service focus.
Requirements: Education, Experience, and Training: Requires three years of supervisory/management experience in the airline industry. Must receive initial/advanced CSA/GOA Services training required by the airline. A high school diploma or equivalent or college education is preferred. Thorough working knowledge of the aircraft used at the station and current FAA/TSA security directives. Licensing/Certification: Must possess a valid Driver’s License, a Ground Security Coordinator certificate, and specific training diplomas upon hire. Miscellaneous Requirements: Must pass background checks as required by regulations. Must be able to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
