Position: Aggregate Plant Manager
About: CalPortland, a company with over 130 years of history, is seeking an Aggregate Plant Manager to oversee the aggregate production plant, mining operations, and material load-out in Fillmore, CA. The position entails maximizing equipment utilization, ensuring customer quality requirements, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent industry experience; strong mechanical aptitude; demonstrable experience in crushing, screening, washing, and stockpiling; personnel management experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with mining regulations such as MSHA, OSHA, Cal OSHA, and SMARA.
