Position: Aggregate Assistant Plant Manager (2.9M – 4.5M TPY)
About: At CalPortland, the Assistant Plant Superintendent will assist the Plant Superintendent in managing and supervising the aggregate processing facilities at their DuPont, WA location. The state-of-the-art facility involves mining, waterborne transportation, crushing, and a fabrication shop, overseeing hourly and salaried staff, safety meetings, budget preparations, and operational monitoring. The role includes analyzing efficiencies, recommending improvements, and supporting other regional aggregate facilities.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering preferred; excellent analytical, communication, organization, and leadership skills; strong math skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
