Position: Aerie Sous Chef – Hourly
About: Snowbird is a unique resort located in the middle of the Wasatch Mountain Range, offering awe-inspiring views and remarkable outdoor experiences. The resort has distinct summer and winter seasons, providing full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions for individuals passionate about the mountains and the outdoors.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or formal culinary training preferred; minimum 2 years of professional culinary experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role; strong culinary skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines; exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities; leadership, team management, and strong communication skills; ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays; ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification is a plus
