Position: Administrative Assistant

About: Under the direction of administrative or program management, Administrative Assistants provide general clerical and administrative support for an assigned location, program, or office. They greet and direct individuals, handle inquiries, coordinate meetings, maintain office activities, perform data entry, scanning, copying, and filing, and assist with referrals and admissions for specific programs.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in general clerical and administrative support preferred; proficiency in office procedures and Microsoft Office applications; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
