Position: Admin Director Procedure Ops – Surgical Services

Requirements: Preferred: Master’s Degree in the Health Care Field or Business Administration; Required: At least 5 years’ nursing leadership experience; Preferred: Previous management experience in a complex perioperative environment. Must be able to work effectively with staff, other departments within CoxHealth, and external agencies. Critical thinking, conflict management, negotiation, and personnel development skills are essential. Working knowledge in human relations, customer service, inventory management, and budget management. Ability to problem solve, delegate appropriately, and maintain organizational and priority setting skills. MO RN License required.
