Position: Adjunct Faculty – Restaurant Manager

Requirements: Earned undergraduate degree (Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s) in Culinary Arts or Hospitality from a regionally-accredited institution; Master’s degree in Culinary Arts/Hospitality or related field (non-Culinary/Hospitality) or MBA required; Training or teaching experience; Management experience; Strong competency in various hospitality areas such as dining room operations, food and beverage purchasing, and hospitality marketing; Serv-Safe certification; Serv-Safe Alcohol Trainer certification
