Position: Adjunct Faculty, Hospitality Management (Culinary Arts)
About: Teaches culinary arts and hospitality management courses at the Hospitality Management Center, with classes offered during day, evening, and weekends. Responsibilities include preparing course materials, evaluating student work, maintaining records, and coaching students.
Requirements: Associate degree in Culinary Arts with 7 years of industry experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management with 5 years of industry experience; ServSafe certified; proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office; advanced communication and organizational skills; sensitivity to diverse populations
