Requirements: Earned Associate’s Degree or higher from a regionally-accredited institution in Culinary Arts required; Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or a related field required; ACF certification at Chef level (CSC or higher) required; Training or teaching experience required; Lead or management experience required; Demonstrated competency in beginning professional cooking, a’la carte and buffet cookery, banquets & catering, international cooking, garde manger & menu planning required; Serv-Safe Certification required
