Requirements: 7+ years of experience in food manufacturing or a related role, with a minimum of two years of team management experience; 5+ years of experience in baking or pastry; Client interaction, event participation, and demonstration experience; Baking or pastry degree or equivalent training; Degree in Food Science, Culinary, or related field; Technical expertise in chocolate properties and functions; Knowledge in confectionery, BAPA, ice cream, and beverages for the North America market; Strong presentation and communication skills; Proficiency in MS Office Suite and social media; ServSafe Certification
