Requirements: To be considered for the A2L Program, applicants must graduate between December and August of the current school year. All degree requirements must be completed before the program start date in July. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship. Preferred qualifications include a degree or background in hospitality, customer service, food service, facilities, operations, or sales, along with strong leadership, project management, communication, and adaptability skills.
