Requirements: Minimum of High School Diploma; Minimum one year of Self-funded and RBP experience; Preferred- One year of insurance related call center experience; Preferred-Associates Degree in Business; Must be familiar with RBP pricing models and vendors; Must have a solid understanding of claim processing and benefit application; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines; Must be able to maintain a positive attitude; Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in Windows and Microsoft Office environments, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
