Position: 87029 COLOR & CURL CONCIERGE
About: Sally Beauty Holdings is looking for a Color & Curl Concierge/Curl Specialist to lead in all things color-related, talent development, technical skills, and customer service. This role focuses on increasing customer retention, building brand awareness, and providing expert color and curl services in beauty salons, barbershops, and spas.
Requirements: One year retail or other sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in the US and Canada; Reliable transportation for store visits; Ability to travel for shows and sales meetings; Strong business acumen and sales reporting interpretation; Knowledge of retail sales, inventory systems, and visual merchandising; Proficiency in POS applications, computers, and social media platforms; Commitment to scheduled hours and flexibility for additional work; Strong time management, organization, and communication skills; Must pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
