About: Color & Curl Concierge at Sally Beauty Holdings is seeking a Color & Curl Concierge/Colour & Curl Specialist to demonstrate expertise in all areas related to color, talent development, technical skills, social media, and business acumen. The role focuses on driving color & curl business by providing expert advice, maintaining merchandising standards, and staying updated on industry trends. Extensive education through online courses is provided for this position.
Requirements: One year retail or sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada; Reliable transportation for store visits; Strong business acumen and sales reporting analysis; Knowledge of retail sales, inventory systems, and visual merchandising; Proficiency in POS applications; Familiarity with computers, iPads, mobile devices, and social media platforms; Ability to work scheduled and additional hours; Strong time management and organization skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Successful completion of Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
