Requirements: One year retail or sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada; Reliable transportation for store visits; Strong business acumen and sales reporting interpretation; Knowledge of retail sales, inventory control, and visual merchandising; Proficiency in POS applications and technology; Commitment to scheduled and additional work hours as needed; Excellent time management and organizational skills; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
