Position: 42 Ocean Concierge – Cavalier Resort
About: 42 Ocean Concierge is a year-round, hourly position responsible for delivering exceptional guest service to residents and guests of the 42 Ocean Condos, as well as assisting with Cavalier Residences. The concierge ensures efficient day-to-day operations of the East and West lobbies of 42 Ocean, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and ensuring resident satisfaction with promised services and resort needs.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle resident inquiries and provide exceptional service; knowledge of member benefits and local area recommendations; organization and cleanliness maintenance skills
