Position: 2nd Shift Concierge
About: Resort Lifestyle Communities is a family-owned company established over twenty years ago, specializing in providing all-inclusive, independent, resort-style 55-and-over senior living retirement communities across the nation. Their Home Office is based in Lincoln, Nebraska, and they are experiencing rapid growth and expansion.
Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older, maintain a current driver’s license and clean driving record, and be comfortable with valet parking; high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; able to move tables and furniture, lift and carry approximately 25 pounds; proactive and independent problem solver, with the ability to de-escalate critical situations; seeking to positively impact seniors’ lives; capable of multitasking, meeting deadlines, and projecting a resort-like image; intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; strong knowledge of the local community preferred; previous customer service or hospitality experience
