Position: 2nd Shift Concierge
About: Resort Lifestyle Communities is a family-owned company established over twenty years ago, specializing in providing all-inclusive, independent, resort-style 55-and-over senior living retirement communities nationwide. Their Home Office is based in Lincoln, Nebraska, and they are experiencing rapid growth and expansion.
Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older; maintain a current driver’s license and clean driving record; comfortable with valet parking resident vehicles; high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; able to move tables and furniture periodically, lift and carry approximately 25 pounds; initiative taker and an independent, problem solver; able to de-escalate critical situations; seeking the opportunity to serve seniors and positively impact their lives; able to multi-task and meet deadlines while projecting a resort-like image; intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, and Excel); strong knowledge of the local community, area, and region preferred; previous work experience in customer service or hospitality
