Position: 2nd Shift Concierge
About: Resort Lifestyle Communities, a family-owned company established over twenty years ago, specializes in providing all-inclusive, independent, resort-style 55-and-over senior living retirement communities nationwide. The Home Office is based in Lincoln, Nebraska, and the company is experiencing rapid growth and expansion.
Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older, maintain a current driver’s license and a clean driving record, and be comfortable with valet parking; High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Able to move tables and furniture periodically, lift and carry approximately 25 pounds; Initiative, independence, problem-solving skills, ability to de-escalate critical situations; Desire to serve seniors, multitasking ability, project a resort-like image, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel), strong knowledge of the local community, area, and region, previous work experience in customer service or hospitality
