Position: 2nd shift – Chef
About: DO & CO, an international company with operations in 32 locations across 12 countries and 3 continents, specializing in Airline Catering, International Event Catering, and Restaurants, Lounges & Hotels, is seeking a dynamic Chef to join their team in Des Plaines.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of cooking experience with 1 year in a supervisory role; Knowledge of baking ingredients, measuring techniques, mixing methods, kitchen equipment, and baking times; Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking, or relevant field is desirable; Availability for 2nd shift – 3:30 PM including weekends and holidays
