Position: 2025 – Culinary Professionals – Special Diet (Allergen) Chef / Sous Chef

Requirements: 2+ years of Commercial Kitchen Experience; proficient in relevant skills for the role; ability to self-motivate; maintain a clean work environment; uphold Health Department Standards; able to lead a team and take direction; live on-site in a rural setting; work a minimum 6-day 70-hour week; able to work under pressure in varying temperatures; able to stand for long periods, lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks; possess a ServSafe Allergens Certification; cook from scratch with minimal supervision; identify the Big 9 Allergens and communicate effectively; prepare multiple menu versions to cater to dietary needs
