Position: 2025 – Culinary Professionals – Kitchen Manager / Head Chef

They are committed to changing the perception of camp food into a more refined concept known as Camp Cuisine, emphasizing Balanced Diets and Green Initiatives to educate campers.

Requirements: 4+ years of Commercial Kitchen Experience; minimum three professional references required; proficient in relevant skills relating to the specific role; ability to self-motivate; able to lead a team and take direction; must live on-site in a rural setting with shared living spaces; ability to work under pressure in varied temperature environments; able to stand for long periods, lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds, bend, stretch, and reach for extended periods; possess a ServSafe Allergens Certification before the start of camp; minimum 6-day 70-hour work week; able to cook from scratch; institutional and batch cooking experience highly desired; ideal candidates seek seasonal summer opportunities, enjoy high-volume production kitchen challenges, embrace a teaching and learning culture, excited about team and community involvement, willing to relocate for the summer season in a rustic living environment
