Position: 2025 – Culinary Professionals – Kitchen Manager / Head Chef
About: Wolfoods, Inc. operates summer camp kitchens across the country from May to September. They are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Manager/Head Chef to lead the staff. The position is hands-on and demanding, requiring flawless execution of the Wolfoods Camp Food Service Program, knowledge of food allergens, and the ability to cater to various dietary restrictions. The role involves planning, recipe execution, strict sanitation practices, and maintaining high food quality and service standards in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 4+ years of commercial kitchen experience; ServSafe Allergens Certification before the start of camp; ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds; availability for a minimum 6-day 70-hour work week
