Position: 159 – AJ’s Fine Foods Pastry Chef – 44th St & Camelback
About: Bashas is seeking a Pastry Chef to effectively assist in the operation of prepared foods, work with the Executive Chef to achieve sales and customer service goals, and uphold Food Safety and Sanitation standards. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for stocking, production, merchandising, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred; strong knowledge of pastry production, ordering, menu planning, and health department regulations; excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
