Position: $105,000*/ Annually – General Manager – Dave’s Hot Chicken Eugene/Springfield Area
About: At Dave’s Hot Chicken, a fast-growing and exciting restaurant in Eugene, OR, we’re focused on creating a community of flavor enthusiasts in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our team to new heights.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-casual or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment; proven track record of managing teams and driving operational success; strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; knowledge of food safety standards and operational procedures; strong financial acumen with budget management skills; passion for food, hospitality, and customer experience; Spanish bilingual a plus; basic computer knowledge
