About: The Color & Curl Concierge at Sally Beauty Holdings is a steward in the industry, showcasing expertise in all things color-related and talent development, including technical, social media, business, and selling skills. In addition to daily sales associate responsibilities, the CCC/CCS maximizes sales by enhancing customer retention, building relationships, selling beauty products, providing customer service, and offering color and texture consulting services to beauty professionals. Extensive education and certification courses are provided to excel in this role.
Requirements: One year retail or sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada; Reliable transportation; Ability to travel 3 times a year; Strong business acumen; Knowledge of retail sales and inventory control systems; Strong knowledge of POS applications; Comprehensive knowledge of computers, tablets, mobile devices, and social media platforms; Strong time management and organization skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work scheduled and additional hours as needed; Must pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
