About: Color & Curl Concierge at Sally Beauty Holdings is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Color & Curl Specialist. The role involves maximizing sales, providing color and texture consulting services, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a retail setting.
Requirements: One year retail or other sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada; Reliable transportation for store visits; Ability to travel to shows and sales meetings; Strong business acumen and sales reporting interpretation; Knowledge of retail sales, inventory control, and visual merchandising; Proficiency in POS applications and technology; Commitment to scheduled and additional hours as required; Strong time management and organization skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Successful completion of Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
