About: Color & Curl Concierge at Sally Beauty Holdings is seeking a dedicated Color & Curl Specialist to lead in all aspects of color-related services, talent development, and sales initiatives. The role involves maximizing sales through customer retention strategies, brand awareness building, product education, and industry consulting services. Extensive online education and certification courses are provided to enhance expertise in Color & Curl services. The role is pivotal in driving the color & curl business and upholding the brand’s standards.
Requirements: One year retail or sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in the US and Canada; Reliable transportation; Ability to travel occasionally; Strong business acumen; Knowledge of retail sales and inventory systems; Proficiency in POS applications; Strong computer and social media skills; Commitment to scheduled hours and flexibility as needed; Strong time management and organization skills; Excellent communication skills; Must pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
