About: Color & Curl Concierge is a leading beauty retail company seeking a Color & Curl Specialist to drive color and curl business while providing expert advice and recommendations to customers. The role includes responsibilities in customer service, merchandising, sales, and maintaining brand standards.
Requirements: One year retail or other sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada; Reliable transportation; Ability to travel minimum of 3 times a year; Strong business acumen; Working knowledge of retail sales and inventory control systems; Strong knowledge of POS applications; Comprehensive knowledge of computers, mobile devices, and social media platforms; Strong time management and organization skills; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Must pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
