Requirements: One year retail or sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada; Reliable transportation for store visits; Ability to travel for shows and sales meetings; Strong business acumen and sales reporting skills; Knowledge of retail sales, inventory systems, and visual merchandising; Proficiency in POS applications and digital platforms; Commitment to scheduled and additional hours; Strong organization and time management skills; Professional image and communication skills; Ability to work in various locations; Pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
