About: Color & Curl Concierge, a beauty retail store focusing on hair color and care, is seeking a dedicated Color & Curl Concierge / Colour & Curl Specialist to join their team. This role involves maximizing sales, building customer loyalty, and providing expert advice and services in the color and curl industry.
Requirements: One year retail or other sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada; Reliable transportation for store visits; Ability to travel for shows and sales meetings; Strong business acumen and sales reporting interpretation skills; Knowledge of retail sales, inventory control, and visual merchandising; Proficiency in POS applications, computers, and social media platforms; Commitment to scheduled hours and flexibility for additional work as needed; Strong time management, organization, and communication skills; Successful completion of Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
