Requirements: One year retail or sales-focused experience; licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada; reliable transportation for store visits; ability to travel for shows and sales meetings; strong business acumen and sales reporting interpretation; knowledge of retail sales, inventory control, and visual merchandising; proficiency in POS applications, computers, mobile devices, and social media platforms; commitment to scheduled and additional hours; strong time management and organizational skills; excellent communication skills; must pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
