About: Color & Curl Concierge is a leading company in the beauty industry, specializing in all things color-related and talent development, including technical, social media, business, and selling skills. The Color & Curl Concierge/Colour & Curl Specialist plays a crucial role in maximizing sales and brand awareness through customer retention, relationship building, market analysis, and product education for professional beauty environments like salons, barbershops, spas, and cosmetology schools.
Requirements: One year retail or other sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada; Reliable transportation for store and market service; Ability to travel to shows and/or sales meetings a minimum of 3 times a year; Strong business acumen and sales reporting interpretation; Retail sales and inventory control system knowledge; POS applications proficiency; Comprehensive understanding of computers, mobile devices, and social media platforms; Commitment to scheduled hours and flexibility for additional work; Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills; Professional image and positive public interaction; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
