About: Color & Curl Concierge at Sally Beauty Holdings is responsible for demonstrating expertise in all things color-related, talent development, technical skills, social media, and business acumen. The CCC/CCS plays a crucial role in driving the color & curl business, offering consulting services to professional beauty establishments and providing customer service and product education both on-site and virtually.
Requirements: One year retail or sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada; Reliable transportation for designated store and market service; Ability to travel minimum 3 times a year; Strong business acumen, retail sales knowledge, and visual merchandising skills preferred; Proficiency in POS applications and computer/mobile devices; Commitment to scheduled and flexible hours; Strong time management, organization, and communication skills; Ability to maintain professional image and pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire.
