Requirements: Age 18+; High School Diploma or equivalent; Valid Driver’s license, good driving record and reliable transportation; Ability to communicate effectively both in written and oral form; Strong customer service skills; Team player; Quick learner; Ability to multi-task; Problem-solving/conflict resolution skills, but know when to escalate; Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, security check, motor records check, and non-DOT physical, post offer; Certain positions may require a credit check. Prior FBO experience a plus. The physical demands of the job include sitting, using hands, standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 75 pounds, and specific vision abilities. Must possess mobility, strength, and dexterity to perform job tasks, read instructions, and communicate effectively.
