Position: 01.2025 CUSTOMER SERVICE REP/CONCIERGE
About: jetCenters of Colorado, based in the major gateway cities of the Rocky Mountains, is a collection of three full-service Fixed Based Operators (FBOs) along Colorado’s Front Range with a focus on safety, service, and security. The company offers flight services for business, general, commercial, and military aircraft operations, prioritizing professional service and amenities for its customers through the jetCenters of Colorado preferred FBO network.
Requirements: Required education/experience/skills/abilities: – Age 18+ – High School Diploma or equivalent – Valid Driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation – Ability to communicate effectively both in written and oral form – Strong customer service skills – Team player – Quick learner – Ability to multi-task – Problem-solving/conflict resolution skills, knowing when to escalate – Ability to pass pre-employment screenings Preferred education/experience/skills/abilities: – Prior FBO experience a plus
