The Server / Waiter / Waitress role at Fogo de Chao is one of the most important positions in delivering the exceptional dining experience that the brand is known for. As the first point of contact, servers are expected to welcome guests warmly, provide detailed knowledge about the menu—especially the continuous table side serving concept associated with Churrasco—and ensure that every guest feels valued and cared for. The employment is hourly with a fixed rate of $16.90 per hour and includes eligibility to earn tips, further incentivizing excellent customer service.
