The Server position at Legends Global plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest service within premium environments such as Clubs, Suites, and In-Seat areas at stadiums and events. This role requires the ability to work cooperatively within a team to ensure that every guest receives personal and highly attentive service that exceeds expectations. Servers are responsible for serving food and beverages, including soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer, ensuring that guests enjoy a seamless and pleasant experience. Additionally, this role involves supporting other service staff by clearing and cleaning tables, running food, and performing opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned. Knowledge of all food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium is essential to provide comprehensive information and enhance guest satisfaction. The Server position requires adaptability to work extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of event schedules. The role is ideal for individuals with previous experience in high-end clubs or upscale restaurant settings who possess strong multitasking, communication, and physical stamina. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
Must have two (2) to three (3) years working in a fast paced high-end club, or restaurant
Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting
Must be able to read, speak and write English language in order to communicate with guests
Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
Ability to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time

Job Duties

Ability to interact with guests in order to assure guest satisfaction
Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed their expectations
Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer
Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within stadium
Support the service staff by clearing, cleaning tables and running food
Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
Must be knowledgeable of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the stadium
