Server - Wok Star

The Server position is a frontline role integral to customer experience and satisfaction. As a server at our restaurant, you will be responsible for delivering genuine hospitality with a friendly smile and a focus on guest satisfaction. Your role will encompass a variety of duties from greeting guests, presenting menus, explaining specials and promotions, to taking accurate food and beverage orders and efficiently inputting them into the POS system. You will need to be knowledgeable about our menu offerings, including food and beverage selections, and confidently answer any questions guests may have. A key part of your responsibilities will also include accommodating guests' time restrictions and personal preferences by adjusting your service pace and style accordingly.

Additionally, as a team player, you will assist in other areas as needed, such as seating guests, running food, bussing tables, and supporting other departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations. You will contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant environment and adhere to food safety and general safety guidelines to protect both guests and team members. This role offers both full-time and part-time employment opportunities, with pay starting at $2.13 per hour, supplemented by tips, which provides a great earning opportunity for hardworking servers.

We highly prioritize certifications related to food handling and beverage service, which are mandatory for this role, or you should be willing to acquire them.
