We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic PM Server to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is pivotal in delivering the evening dining experience that aligns with the luxury standards the Hotel ZaZa brand is known for. As a PM Server, the individual will be responsible for providing attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service to guests during dinner hours. The role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment and is passionate about exceeding guest expectations. The PM Server will engage guests by warmly welcoming them, providing detailed information about menu offerings, including food, wine, cocktails and specials, taking orders accurately, and ensuring timely service with careful attention to presentation and guest preferences.

This position demands a professional attitude, impeccable appearance, and the ability to work collaboratively with culinary and service teams to ensure a seamless dining experience. The PM Server will also be required to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout dining and service areas, adhere strictly to food safety and alcohol service regulations, and handle guest concerns with poise and professionalism. The role includes evening shifts and may involve weekend, holiday, and special event work. Job Requirements

Prior experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or hospitality environment
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, carry, and lift items regularly
Ability to lift and carry trays, food, beverages, and supplies weighing up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
Ability to work in a fast-paced dining environment
Manual dexterity required to operate POS equipment and safely handle food and beverage service items

Knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft cocktails
Experience using POS systems
Food Handler Certification and TABC Certification, or the ability to obtain required certifications
Bilingual communication skills are a plus

Job Duties

Welcome and engage guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner
Provide exceptional table service in accordance with Hotel ZaZa and Food & Beverage service standards
Present menus, explain specials, answer guest questions, and make food and beverage recommendations
Accurately take guest orders and enter them into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are maintained
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond proactively to guest needs
Process guest payments accurately and efficiently
