Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service

- follow up periodically to assist with additional guest needs and requests
- demonstrate understanding of menu items and ingredients including specialized diets and allergens
- advise guests on appropriate food and drink combinations
- communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure correct and timely order delivery
- collect tickets and follow proper cash handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe and neat environment
- address guest complaints promptly and communicate issues to supervisor
