Hai Hospitality is currently accepting applications for the position of Server Assistant / Server at its Uchiko location. This role is essential for supporting the overall service delivery and ensuring that guests enjoy exemplary dining moments. As a Server Assistant or Server at Uchiko, you will be actively engaged in the restaurant’s fast-paced environment, assisting with side work, bussing and resetting tables, polishing glassware, and managing supply stock. You will also support servers in delivering food orders and providing detailed explanations of dishes to guests, enhancing their dining experience. Additionally, the role includes handling curbside orders, making sure that takeout guests receive their meals efficiently and with great service. Successful candidates will have availability for evening and weekend shifts and preferably experience working in a high-volume restaurant setting.
