The Server position at Integrated Real Estate Group offers a unique opportunity to be part of a compassionate and service-oriented team dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences to residents and guests across IREG’s communities. This part-time role is focused on delivering prompt, efficient, and courteous service of food and beverages, ensuring that all quality and service standards are consistently met while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Serving within residential community settings, the Server plays a vital role in enriching the dining environment, supporting resident satisfaction, and upholding the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.

As a Server, you will be responsible for managing food and beverage orders, interacting directly with residents to ensure their dining needs are met, assisting with meal preparation support, and maintaining compliance with health and safety protocols. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering friendly and professional service. Performing additional duties such as temperature logging, order handling, and managing dining room maintenance contributes to the smooth operation of the dining services.   • High school diploma or GED required
  • six months to one year of related experience or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Duties

  • Take food and beverage orders, relay them to kitchen staff, and deliver meals accurately and promptly to residents and guests
  • respond to resident and guest requests in a timely manner and engage with diners to ensure satisfaction with food and service
  • ensure beverages are properly prepared and orders meet quality standards including temperature, appearance, and doneness
  • return items that do not meet expectations
  • address dining room issues or concerns and escalate to management when necessary
  • assist with meal preparation and assembly under the direction of the Cook or Dining Services Manager, following standardized recipes and menu guidelines
  • label and date food items appropriately, maintain proper storage, dispose of waste correctly, and follow all sanitation standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area including setting tables, clearing dishes, and restocking supplies
  • complete required temperature logs during each shift to ensure compliance with safety standards
  • assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing food and supply deliveries as needed
