Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including days and hours as needed
  • Must comply with food safety regulations
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Strong team orientation and adaptability

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare and portion hot and cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events
  • Follow complex recipes and product directions
  • Produce small to large batch goods using classical and contemporary cooking, plating and garnishing techniques
  • Oversee production staff, train and assign tasks
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
