Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in party coordination or hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Reliable and punctual
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary environment

- Experience in customer service or event coordination
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Serve as first point of contact for guests planning birthday parties or group events
- Design customized party packages including food, drinks, and attractions
- Train and manage party staff members
- Oversee birthday party operations ensuring smooth execution
- Maintain and enforce party management system policies
- Collaborate with leadership team to achieve financial and customer satisfaction goals
- Resolve conflicts fairly and promptly
