Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail environment
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to tolerate standing, walking, and stooping for most of the shift
  • Ability to perform cleaning tasks as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Experience managing Profit and Loss
  • Ability to tolerate physical activity such as standing and lifting
  • Reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts
  • Ensure completion of assigned duties by Team Members and Shift Managers
  • Manage inventory
  • Maintain financial accountability
  • Solve problems with a positive attitude
  • Guide and support team members
  • Ensure delivery of safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner
  • Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers
